Congratulations, Bobby, on a great looking DJ - the DJs are a classic look and that dial is brilliant.

Well done

Hey, Bobby, that's fighting talk - I like your style.

You're going to need that cycle helmet when your wife finds out!

I've got to say, though, that the Expy II is a real nice watch.

Anyway, enjoy that great DJ of yours - it really does look fantastic.

my advice: be REAL nice to your wife for awhile, and space out the purchase of that ExpII a little(that is if you want peace in your house). BTW: Congratulations! beautiful DJ.

I think it might even steal the eye-candy award away from your chopper motorcycle .........well almost

This used to be a watch forum

Is the box authentic?

"Custom Dial", is dial authentic?

Hey Highroller

Congrats on a nice looking watch. Let me say I am NOT an expert on the DJ. I have a few concerns.

1. The box looks fake, I have never seen that box manufacturer by Rolex
2. I have not seen Rolex make that dial, I am referring to the style of the diamonds, and the Coronet at the 12 o'clock position so close to the marker.
3. The DJ manual may be wrong for age of the watch, looks like a newer version of the DJ manual, I think the one that comes with the watch is the one with the horse on it.

Again, let me say, NOT an expert on the DJ, others please chime in.

Just went back on his site and I think he sales those dials also. I had called him when I seen that watch on his site. I didn't ask if the dial was original or not. Seen that watch and liked it. It's real but the box and dial might be somthing else

Well, while I am on a roll, I can read the certif the seller gave you, it said it is a model 16220, I researched that model number and I think it is all SS not TT, your watch has a white gold bezel, please do more research, I'm not 100% sure.
