How about a 116613? Best of both worlds.

Hmm...that bluesy sure looks good on you. That would be my choice.
However, as Travis said, if you can stretch a bit more, the 116613 with the sunburst dial would give you the best of both worlds, maxi dial, ceramic, glidelock, etc. Good luck, |

Should I buy pre owned 16613 or new 116610LN
Tough choice - they are two great watches. They are quite different - I have worn both and I have to say there is something very special and classic about the 16613 - look and wear. The newer 116610 is quite different in how it wears and that maxi dial.
I really like them both - I personally don't understand the fascination with the ceramic bezels - don't get me wrong they are a great update to an already great watch - but I personally wouldn't choose based off of it. Pick the one you like!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Two different sport (professional) watches.
For a more dressy, blingy appeal= Bluesy; For a more understated and masculine appeal = SubC Guess it will depend on your personality. Had both. Settled with the 116610LN in the end. Good luck with your choice! |

While I understand getting a newer model, my 16613 is my favorite watch.

There are quite a few variables at play here:
New vs pre owned Current style vs older style SS vs TT Black vs blue On balance, my personal choice would be the new 116610LN. That said, that 16613 looks the goods on you. Let us know what you decide. |

Lucky enough to have a few of the old model subs including a 11613 and a 114060.
The new bracelet, dial markers etc. are a big improvement for me. Can you spring for a used sunburst blue 116613?
