BLNR....wow...what to do.
I must say that I'm quite impressed with the BLNR. Seeing it in pictures and in display cases just didn't do it for me...I didn't think it looked all that great. It didn't excite me.
Just stopped by the local AD and tried one on for fun and all I can say is wow. It looks great on the wrist and now I have a dilemma. I currently have a 14060, vintage Seamaster DeVille and a Tag Twin Time. I've always thought my next purchase was going to be a Speedy Pro as I don't have a nice chrono...and I lean towards it over the Daytona as I like the fact that it's manual wind. Not to mention much less expensive and part of history. Now the real question is do I change direction and try to pursue the BLNR GMT first!?? |
