Honestly, I don't think Rolex makes an uncomfortable sport watch, with the exception of the DSSD. Some find the height/weight of the DSSD case top-heavy.

Different strokes for different folks.
If one was a clear winner, no one would get anything else. Try on a bunch. I think DJ2 was the most comfortable for me. But the Daytona and YM with their curved lugs was also super.

Have both subc date and blnr. I feel the gmt2c wears more comfortable, perhaps because of the shorter clasp. The exp42mm wears comfortable too.

Any I've never tried on an uncomfortable Rolex sports model new or old.
Of course 'comfort' varies with wrist shape and size. |

Sub or Exp II in my opinion. Really love the 216570.

Daytona for me. Size and weight are just about perfect. Love my SubC, but for different reasons.

Subjective/personal preference
I don't find any of them uncomfortable, but if I had to pick one in particular as being the most comfortable it would be the 216570

Yes, or 16610, 16710, 16700, 5513, 1680, a 16600 slightly less along with my 116519 on a strap. Then come the 16610, 16710, 5513, 1680, a 16600 on a bracelet along with my TOG. Next comes my white Millie on bracelet, and then all of my newer watches.......BLNR, 116619, and my DSSD last.
They are all 'comfortable', but obviously size/weight influence which are most comfortable. That's my collection in a nutshell.

Sub, the glidelock is a no brainer, fits to several mm accuracy.

For me it's the Explorer (1), when I swap from the Sub to the Exp, it feels super comfortable and almost like it's not there. I think the 39mm size is why it's so comfortable.
