Icon9 Timing is Everything

I wear my Bark maybe twice a week, so it often runs down and I have to wind and set it. I last wore it Sunday, so it stopped late Tuesday. I went to put it on this evening (Thursday) and did the usual... wind it, set it and forget it.

Long story short, it is not moving. I can feel that it is fully wound, but it is just not moving. Annoyed, I pull out my card from the last RSC servicing, remembering that it states there is a 2 year warranty.

Today's date: 3/26/2015

Service date: 3/18/0215

2 years + 8 days.

I'll call tomorrow and see how they handle this.

Do you think they will honor the warranty?

I personally think you will be fine and that they will fix it for free.

I think there's a good chance they will do something for you, if not honor it fully, offer you a substantial discount on service. Good luck!

You need another poll category: "Probably". That's the right answer.

They should cover it in full. Successful companies usually don't nickel and dime their customers. I'll be interested to know the outcome. Good luck.

Seems like the poll results are fairly well split.

I agree that they probably will but I think it will depend a lot on your attitude when you talk to them, as has already been stated. If you are polite and explain the situation to them I'm sure they'll look after you.

Smart man.

5 would get you 10 that would NOT have happened in RSC NY.

Glad that worked out.
I had something similar happen with my 16610LV Sub and it was out by a little less than a month and my AD took care of me.
