Forgive the dumb question for a first post, but where do I go for a copy of the Rolex magazine? Assuming it is to an AD, am I entitled to one as a Rolex owner?

Anyone can usually get one from an AD or RSC if they have them in stock. No need to be a Rolex owner.

New york Ad's are the worst!! I've tried several for #3 and always got the same answer, they don't have one. I get the feeling that if you don't buy, you don't get! Luckily, I did end up with one. If anyone gets an extra, I'll be MORE THAN HAPPY to pay shipping!!

I checked a few local ADs and they didn't have any recent issues. They did say that they get them every once in a while. Maybe it's something they like to hold back for paying customers to throw it into the bag after a purchase.

Got to agree, it was hard to get #3 from AD here in N.Y. I got my first two here from a couple of great members. Hopefully, I'll get a pm from someone who has a spare!

I asked my AD today for issue 4 and he looked under the counter and took out issue 3 and I said I already had that issue. He went to the back and said a big box came in yesterday from Rolex and opened it up. Issue #04 was just delivered to him yesterday so for those waiting for the latest issue, it looks like it's just getting in the hands of the AD's. It's a great read if you own a Day-Date

I would expect that this is likely the case - hold back for someone who is either buying or is a regular customer?

This one is a fantastic read. My favourite so far. Can't wait for the next issue. Hopefully the Submariner or GMT will be featured.

I got a copy from an AD, read the interesting bits, and then left it behind in the hotel.
Are these valuable? I don't see where the enthusiasm for the mags comes from. |

Hopefully in time to come...30 to 50 years time maybe...the first issue or complete set of issues should worth a small fortune for some people out there, provided in mint condition etc...hope analysis! Wahahaha!

Here's one on eBay for $25 (not mine btw). For someone here that might be having a difficult time finding one.
