Understated Cool

After having a discussion with someone recently on another post about great understated watches I thought I would open the question up.

I saw saying one of the things I loved about my Tudor Snowflake is that in general it is invisible to people unless they know what it is, but has the familiarity/DNA of a sub (plus Rolex detailing like engraved case and crown) and the awesomeness that comes with a true tool watch.

Would love to hear what people consider to be their ultimate 'understated cool' watch.
