Trade BLNR for a GMT C 18k 2 tone or vice versa?

Are the value of these two watches roughly equal?
I'm thinking of trading my Milgauss Z Blue + some cash for a BLNR but a guy I know has offered to trade his GMT C 2 tone wanting cash equivalent to what I was wanting to spend for the BLNR
It's not so much a "what would you do?" question so much as "is a GMT C 2 tone worth the same money as a BLNR?"
Any thoughts,
The 2 tone in question is an M serial bought new in 1998 and is like new and never polished or serviced
I guess in the end what I want to know is, could I trade a BLNR clean for a GMT C 2 tone or vice versa?

I almost bought a mint 2013 116713 for 8900 right before I purchased my blnr BNIB from Adnan for about 8500. So the cermaic tt is very close in price, albeit not new. Best to use watchrecon as a price gauge. Look at a couple of different listings and the mean will be a good indicator

If it is an M serial#, it was not bought brand new in 1998. M serial# did not come out until around 2007.

Make sure you know what you are buying before doing ANY deal.

The difference is minimal since BLNR is very HOT now.

I would say an M-serial 116713 is worth maybe $2-300 more. Not much. Not less for sure.

The only difference is TT is harder to move vs. BLNR.

Well, an older TT, Z or M serial in pretty good shape is going to go around the same money and maybe a little less for a BNIB BLNR. If you compare BNIB to BNIB, however, the TT is going to be more.

I would go for the ceramic TT, used price is very similar to new BLNR price.

Yes, TT is much harder to flip in the grey market compared to BLNR - one of the most sought-after models.

The values are comparable, give or take. So I would be thinking about which appeals most to you rather than market value. TT or SS?

Great pics! I can't get this watch out of my head.
I feel the gold will be too much for me, but when I try it on I think to myself "who cares this looks amazing"

You'll be fine and that is NOT too much gold by a long shot.

I looked and looked (and looked) at Rolex to see what I would like. I even wore a buddy's Batman for a few hours and it just didn't seem to work for me. But this TT was an instant love. There are two types of "value"....how much you can get for it, and how much it means to you. At the end of the day, you need to know which of the 2 will make you content.

I love TT better than SS so I would get the 116713.

If it is true, TT drops a lot. The BLNR is still hot and its price would be similar to TT even in the same used condition in the grey market.
