Funny thing happened to me ...lol

Funny thing happened to me the other day when I went into my AD ...Well it had been 7 years since my wife and I had bought our DJ's ( I recently sold mine ) and hers was pretty beat up ..Hers was a TT DJ oyster bracelet smooth bezel slate face with roman numerals (Daily wearer for her), two months after we got our DJ's I needed a EXPII and bought one ....So it was time to have them serviced , took them into our AD for them to be sent off to RSC and look what came home with me ...

Now I do miss my EXP II ( I dont miss the DJ even though I sold it recently) but man , Love my TT SUB ....NOW I have even a bigger problem , I am on the look out for a full size Platty for around 5k ..Do you think this is possible ???? I can wait a little bit , but I hoping to have that one by August ...hahaha ...

Great watch? For a while there, I actually thought that they had given you that sub for mistake and you decided to keep it because you liked it more

Huge congrats!

My personal favourite of the TT Sub Dates is the one with BLACK dial!

Very stylish looking watch!

Wear that beauty in good health!

Beautiful watch...

I think it has the best balance between good looks, bling, and toughness of all the Rolex models..

Thanks Everyone for the great comments , Now I am on the hunt for that full size Platty ....I think between the EXP II the TT Sub and when I get the Platty , I think that will make a Perfect trio ..A beater and two for going out

Hi,

I saw a pre owned full size platty for £3000 last week.
Don't know how old but it looked 9/10 mint.
So it should be possible to get 1 for $5000 but I would pay the extra $1000 for the one I saw.

Regards Mike.

PS. Great SUB..........many congratulations.
