Spotted in a Japanese book store. "I'm Rick James Bitch!"

Notice the book above it too. WTF?

I wonder if there should be a comma or an apostrophe after James?

I was wondering the same thing, but I've seen the skit, so it seems that there should be a comma after "James."

The Japanese frequently don't get English and its subtleties like minor punctuation and alternate meaning (implied or otherwise). We had a presentation once at one of my companies which showed their corporate structure in great detail. There was "in-house training" and of course "out-house training" listed. Or in a contract review the required the contract be reviewed by their "Regal Department." So many great people on the other hand; I'd really love to visit again.
