D-Blue in the deep blue

Here's a shot of the D-Blue where it feels at home; underwater. Dive trip with my 16-year-old to Cozumel. Flash was off for the wrist shot (too much reflection on the crystal) so you loose most of the color. A bit of old and new as it shares my wrist with my computer. A good backup should electronics fail me (and also just a good way to know what time it is!)

Also included a few other shots while down there.

Nice shots.
I sure miss my diving days, specially living in South Florida.
Had to stop due to repeated cramping from medications I am on.
Swimming back to the boat with one hand holding a fin to control the cramping was not fun.
I still hope I can return someday.
Been recently thinking of doing a refresher PADI course and this may be the push I needed.

Great pictures, Marc! I haven't been to Cozumel for quite a few years now but I remember how beautiful the water is, the clarity, the abundance of sea life to observe!

Your DSSD looks at home in that environment! Must have been a great experience to share with your son!

Any more pics????? I'd love to see some!

Good pictures! Were you doing a recreational diving or some kind of job?

Strongly recommend Cozumel if long surface swims are to be avoided. All drift dives. Boat follows the group & comes to you at the end. Not much work as long as you stay close to the group

Recreational dives with my oldest son. Now that I'm "retired" from teaching SCUBA, (unfortunately not retired from the "day job" LOL) try to get away with my oldest once or twice a year for a father/son dive trip

Nice pics!

I'm not allowed to dive anymore due to left pulmonary vein obstruction, but I did take the family to Snuba (not scuba) in Hawaii in 2008. Got a shot of them right here, but didn't think to take a shot of my watch.

My wife and son got to scuba dive in Cozumel when we went in 2011, and my daughter's snorkled with me to keep me company.
