DSSD #2: Blue

Had a black DSSD, but let it go...
Loved the domed crystal, unique Glidelock, thickness, lugs, fat hour hand, large crown, etc.

Lucky to find a D-Blue in the SF Bay Area.
What a beautiful dial!

Congrats, it's a beauty. I picked one up about 2 months ago and couldn't be happier with it. As you noted, the dial is absolutely mesmerizing. Hope you enjoy many happy moments with your new D-Blue!

Regards, -rick.

I love the blue version, wish it wasn't as big as it is though.
I don't think I could get used to the weight.

These are really growing on me. I've never minded the original dssd, it was an engineering exercise that they actually sold. I like that

These are growing on me as well. Might have to try one on soon but I'm a little bit apprehensive about the size.

Thanks, everyone!
Great to have a DSSD on my wrist again.
Bonus with the cool, unique dial.

If you can do both, they would complement. The Blue dial isn't matte, but doesn't look quite as glossy as the SubC. Side-by-side, the black and blue DSSDs actually look quite different.

At the AD yesterday before taking it home. The store lighting made the blue dial look a bit more shiny while the black dial looked really matte.
