Clasp snaps open easily

I just got delivery of a DJ 16220 from a very reputable seller this morning. Love the watch so much. One thing that struck me negatively though is that the clasp snaps open rather easily when I flex my wrist or make other movements.

Here is a close picture of the clasp:

What should I do? Can I just straighten the edges that seem to be pointing upwards? Should I go to a local watch repair shop?

Thanks.

Yes, you can gently push them back down. Not to much or it will require to much force to un-snap the clasp...

Cheers!
The only problem I've had with my jubilee is that it can easily open! It snaps when I close it, but I've almost dropped the watch 3 times due to it opening suddenly.
Now it snaps harder! Maybe I could stop worrying now!
