When you say "will it work on a 7" wrist" are you asking if the 38.5mm diameter is likely to be too big or too small?
Spend time reading the Sinn website and some of the threads you'll find on the likes of watchuseek – that'll bring you up to speed and give you the info you're looking for, to help with your decision-making.

As for the white dial Ltd Ed version – looks nice enough, but grey luminova means it'll not glow as bright or long as the more common white.
Otherwise, it's a good brand at relatively affordable prices, for most of their range.

Depending on what specifically you're looking for (a bland/clean Flieger/Pilot style) then there's alternatives for similar or not much more from Damasko, Tourby, Fortis, Tutima, Mόhle Glashutte, Alpina, Union Glashutte.
Bear in mind that if you buy from a Europe commercial reseller (not private) you won't pay the local VAT (sales tax) which is circa 20%.

Not that there's anything wrong with Sinn – far from it – but there's a lot of choice that's equally worthy of consideration.

tourby has some tasty offerings ,, sinn are fairly thick and angular which i think makes them wear large , or at least thats how i found the couple ive seen in real life ,,,
id rather see something before parting with money , if its an unknown , i wanted an iwc aquatimer for a long time , till i put one on my wrist ,,, just not for me ,,,,
be well worth trying something on , in the flesh.
