Meeting up with a true gentleman (Abdon)!

Always fun to meet fellow forum members and last night I met up with another TRF member and watch nut who is a true gentleman and overall great guy.

We had a blast seeing some very nice watches and talking with a bunch of interesting folks. I will let the pictures do the talking and I hope Abdon doesn't mind my posting.

We both happened to be wearing popular rose gold references!

Thank you Abdon for the great evening and thanks to the very kind/knowledgeable staff at Les Bijoux @ Boca Raton.

Be well folks.

Although a number of great brands were very well represented, Vacheron took the pie!

Really fell in love with the world time.

Another collector's recent acquisition... Hard to resist the rose gold cushion case..

Just love the centigraphe.. Every time I get to play with it, I am mesmerized.

Thomas you are too kind! The pleasure was mine in meeting you and your lovely wife!!! I will keep you posted for the next GTG! I am very glad to have met you and I look forward to meeting up with you again in the future!
And although the Vacheron was indeed a special piece, your PP 5205 was OUTSTANDING!!!!
By the way, I found it kind of funny that the VC piece which was a very limited edition piece (the Harmony Dual Time in RG, only 625 pieces made) was there on two wrists!!! What are the odds that two guys had that same watch, in the same place, at the same time!!! It was all good though, great atmosphere, great people, great time!!!

No schedule per se, but there's monthly gatherings at Les Bijoux in Boca at Mizner Park. Very nice atmosphere, great people, all enthusiasts sharing a common passion for nice timepieces.
Send me a PM and I will notify you of the next gathering if you are interested.
I usually find out about the date about one to two weeks prior to the event.
