Four AD no Hulk
Within the past few days i was searching for an additional watch, i was choosing between the Dj 36mm on jubilee, Dj ii or Pam 590. As a LVc owner one thing I've noticed that there where no available Sub LVc on the four Rolex AD I've been. One of the sales lady told me that they sell fast and the production is limited and on the other store according to them you have to put you name on their waiting list if you want to acquire one. Last year I always see the Hulk on each everyone's rack but now none of them.

I'm not surprised. I experienced the LVc dry spell last year in Japan. Virtually no stocks at AD. Plenty at greys though

When I bought mine last year, 3 separate people came in looking for it in the time it took my purchase to be processed. It's a great watch.
I've heard before that they supposedly only make 1 LVc for every 4 LN's.

Before I bought my LVC I had to do the full NYC AD tour to look at one in person, but in the past 9 months I've seen one almost everytime I visit the AD (4-5 times). Maybe it's a regional thing. They seem to be around now in NY.

When I picked up my Hulk late July it took me 3 local AD tries before I got to a dealer that had not 1 but 2 in stock! Both were fresh in their shipping "coffins".
However my other 2 AD's called me within 2 weeks after saying they had it in stock :) |

I bought a black and green at the same time. Black was on hand but had to wait for the Hulk. No problem as I had a new Black sub C to help ease the wait.

I read on here 1 year wait in Australia. Hard to believe. I contacted Jizeal here on the forum and had a new one delivered to the house in 2 days. Trusted Sellers rule!

The AD's in Aus tend to really play up the " limited" idea with the hulk.... Or any stainless sports Rolex for that matter. The wait list is a load of crap. I walked in with a cash deposit to secure their next lv and had it a about 10 days later.

I have not seen one at the AD's I've visited. Seems very popular now.

Keep calling as there are plenty out there.
OR, better yet, get it from a trusted seller here and have it tomorrow. |

My AD said the reason they don't have a "Hulk" is because (although I know its popular on this forum) most people aren't going to buy a green Submariner. So, when someone wants it, they order it.....

True.
But I´m Constantine, world´s most dangerous frog. I still just don´t understand the love for the Hulk and I´m a really big fan of the SubC Date. I´ve tried it on once for 5 seconds and the green is just not for me. |

ANY of the well known sellers in the For Sale section of this forum can get you this watch if they don't already have one!! WHY, even try to deal with an AD? I just don't understand? |

This makes perfect sense. Some people prefer the "hulk" but most people are going to go with the black Sub.

I haven't looked in awhile, but I when I don't think I've ever seen a display case in Texas that didn't have one.

Have not seen an LV on display at any local AD for well over a year now. According to my AD contact, this piece is really hard to come by in this area. Even harder than the BLNR.
I truly believe the availability issue is regional as I saw one at Ben Bridges in Seattle a couple of weeks ago.
