AP in Paris

The wife and I are headed there for vacation over the holidays for a week and I want to visit an AP boutique. I sent an email to the AP boutique Place De L'Opera for an appointment as the other Boutique seems to be close...

Anyone have any insights on this or has visited?

Thanks all!!

I was there in June and purchased a blue dial 15400. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. I contacted them initially by phone and then we finalised everything via emails.

Well in fact it's not an AP boutique but the AP private showroom, I went there but I told them I wanted to buy one, not sure they will schedule an appointment if you just want to go there just like that, at least that's the way I understand it...

AP in Paris

I actually heard back from the Director via email this morning - and said they would be happy to schedule an appointment for us to come by.

Although - I mentioned in the email that I want to buy a stainless bracelet as well. So that might be true. And they asked for the case number, etc...

Definitely will let everyone know. My wife has already 'threatened' me about buying another piece. Lol. 😏

I'm more after a steel bracelet and a couple of croc straps....trying on some really SPECIAL pieces and the experience.

Around last Christmas they mailed me that they would close the Boutique on Rue St. Honoré / Rue Cambon because they would move to a better place, e. g. to Place Vendôme. But since then I haven't heard any news. I'm anxious about what you buy! Good luck...

Well they had a few tourbillon 44mm, blue and white, plus both CE 44mm and I'm sure others but those were the ones visible in the room where I was so of course tried these and didn't ask for others.

I've been having some conversations with the folks in Paris on what I'm looking at getting when I get there...first thing were some strap portions for my Diver. I want a bracelet and a brown croc with deploymet...and they told me that neither are available for that watch. I thought that was odd.

Apparently (according to them) I can get several colors of the rubber strap, and A grey croc strap but no stainless bracelet or any other color leather.

Odd? Thoughts?
