Rolex 5513 Submariner Gilt 4 Line underline pointed crown

I just bought one of these and I wanted to ask some questions:

Details - Circa 1964 9 mill Serial 5513 Submariner, Beautiful Gilt 4 line underline under the oyster perpetual, Swiss Only, and pointed crown guard. Case and Crystal are in really good condition, bracelet is stretched and beat up.

1. Does anybody have a ballpark value of this watch?
2. Where can I go to fix the bracelet (I live in Souther CA) ?
3. How rare is this watch?

I'm the owner of:

2 - 1680 Red Submariners
1 - 5513 Matte Maxi Dial
1 - 1680 Submariner
1 - 1675 GMT Master Small Hand
And lastly this 5513 Gilt

You have 5 vintage Rolex and you want to know how much it's worth your sixth after buying it?

Wellcome to TRF!

Some pictures would be nice to help give a better idea. For the braceslit you may need a new one but certainly a little something can be done with the current one it will depend though.

For the value someone else here might be able to give you a good range but best way is to have an appraisal done.

At this point, unless you are going to sell it, it is worth what you paid. Enjoy the watch and what will be your bracelet fix?

That sounds like a 5512, unless there's a 5513 with a dial like that

Sadly the two Red Submariners are only worth $37.00. I'll be happy to take them off of your hands for $50 as a goodwill gesture.

Welcome to the forum! You've come to the right place to ask your questions and a pro like Mike will likely give you a phenomenal answer.

I just bought a safe and had it installed at home. From your post your watch must be at work. I hope work is a secure place. Looking forward to the pictures tomorrow.

Great collection Hugh. Could I trouble you for a close up of that RED SubDate?

Good thinking. It's important to protect that arsenal of Rolexes that you've recently aquired!
