Outside of North America, it is spelt Customise FYI

Also, I think what they meant is that between all the dial, bezel and bracelet options, you can really tailor the DateJust to whatever your heart desires!

Customisable is correct. It's an alternative to customizable. Depends on the style guide used by the publisher. (It's not a US/UK thing, as is often claimed).

Those are American/British English examples, but the "S" and "Z" difference is not. British newspapers were using the "Z" form back in the 19th century. The Oxford English Dictionary switched from "S" to "Z" in the 1990s. Some words never take the "Z" though, such as advertise.
