Seadweller second hand lines on bezel

I'm new to watches and I was wondering why does the new seadweller have second hand lines on the bezel all around vs. the sub that stops at 10. I know both are dive watches so wouldnt it be the same. Also, I saw old seadwellers stop at 10 on the bezel.

Thanks,

I could be wrong but I'd imagine it's simply a styling that sets it further apart from the sub.

Thanks,
The Sub and Sub Date have minute graduations to the 15 minute mark. Some Bezels have minute graduations all the way around.

15 minutes is a common and easily seen time-span. It's also used in regatta racing and other water competitions..
