You should be good to go for almost 5 years of warranty coverage. This is not a common practice from an AD. Did you purchase from a Rolex AD?

Its from a gray dealer in Monaco that has purchased it from another retailer...

Completely normal since it was purchased from a gray dealer. Still no worries as you have the warranty card.

The retailer on the certificate seems to be an AD, I talked to one of our local AD:s here and they said that they normally doesn't write the purchasers name on the cert.
What I don't get is why they would pencil-scratch out the place where the purchasers name would be...they should have just left it opened. |
