Help needed regarding certificate

Just received my 116622 that I ordered from a dealer in Monaco.
The certificate has another registered retailer on it and has no owner written on it,
Will this affect the resale value? Is this common?

You should be good to go for almost 5 years of warranty coverage. This is not a common practice from an AD. Did you purchase from a Rolex AD?

Completely normal since it was purchased from a gray dealer. Still no worries as you have the warranty card.

Why ever would you think a bit of plastic would effect the value of your watch.

The retailer on the certificate seems to be an AD, I talked to one of our local AD:s here and they said that they normally doesn't write the purchasers name on the cert.
What I don't get is why they would pencil-scratch out the place where the purchasers name would be...they should have just left it opened.
