RSC NYC Service Experience
Just sent in my newly acquired D-series Turn-O-Graph for a full service, for even though it was in superb shape when I purchased it I wanted to start its new life in perfect condition. I took it to my AD in CT, they sent it to RSC NY and they in turn farmed it out to their PA service center. They charged $600 for the service, it was returned in perfect shape to my AD (lightly polished-like I said it was in great shape) and the process took just over 3 weeks door to door. Now I have a new watch with a two-year warranty.

It's good to hear about positive experiences at the RSC, one of the factors that made me get a rolex.
