Unacceptable for Bnib.

I've been owning a quite few Rolexes but this something i can't accept. It's loose and wiggly i can't even use this one for diving, not even for my daily activities. My day was shattered because of this. I'll be returning this one.

Probably just the wrong spring-bar.

If you got it from an AD then they will fix it.. If you didn't then it wasn't really BNIB, was it...

Are you sure the springbar is totally seated on both sides? It just looks like it is not seated on both sides, that's how they look until it is snapped into place on both sides.

take it back to the AD and have it fixed or replaced, if you didn't get it from an AD you got what you paid for

If it is Bnib i don't understand why the spring bars should be off and loose. I can't take this.

Seems that it still has the stickers, so probably you got it BNIB. Contact the seller to work this out.

I just need my trade back. I've been in this forum for 6 years i'll protect the seller as long he just fix this issue. The reason why i buy bnib is to avoid this situation.

no you mean that is the reason you "would" buy at an AD, you see it, you handle it, you approve of it, and THEN you buy it. otherwise you are buying a technically used handled watch.

that said it should still arrive perfect, sorry about your trouble and experience, hope you get it resolved

If it is BNIB it's an indictment on Rolex that it left the factory like this.

It's a watch...it happens.

They make 1 million a year, so things can and do slip through the cracks.

Take it back to where you bought and and they will resolve.

I don't believe that the quality of Rolexes watches depends on the source when it comes to a new watch. If it is BNIB then it should be expected to have the same level of quality as all of Rolex issued new watches.

Bottom line the Bnib watch has a defect. If it is used yes some may accept it but for a bnib it's a total different story.

you took a day off because your watches endlink was not attached properly?
this matter will be resolved by whatever seller you bought it from they are all stand up guys. I would try not to stress too much.... don't take life too seriously you'll never get out alive

just relax call the seller and it will be fixed. Seems pretty simple.

Risk you take buying it without seeing it. I'm sure the seller did not even notice it. Think you need to relax a bit as you did not buy at a retail store and received a non retail discount. Think you are a little too upset about an easy fix. Much worse things are happening in the world right now.

Are you near an RSC? Should be fixable under warranty.

The forum is filled with "stories" of BNIB watches that had varying issues. Unfortunately, it happens. That is not an excuse but as buyers we have to understand that the world is not always perfect, even Rolex

What we also expect as buyers are for these problems to get resolved quickly and satisfactorily. That is the hope here. Your fix might be an exchange for another BNIB watch, a full refund or even an offer for a fix under warranty. Whatever the fix is, I hope it works for you and you get an opportunity to obtain the watch you want.

That's a great question Adam. Sad to say even the warranty card did not match from the watch. According to them it's human error they've just switched cards from other watch. I've got a lot of issues on this transaction but i was willing to comply and understand. The thing that i can't accept is the loose spring bars.

Wow! I'd like to know what you told your boss. Even more than I'd like to know the resolution to this issue.

Doesn't sound good. Many human errors on your transaction. I'd be angry.
