118238 DD deal

I have to share this deal I've made on a 118238 white face with roman numerals. I went to the local AD and was looking at DD40 and DD36. On the DD 36 the AD offered a 10% discount $28215 and I still had to pay the sales tax. I had a good look at the 2 DD watches and was not too impressed with the prices. I was out of town on business and while there stopped into a rolex dealer to look at the same watch. On the exact same watch they offered $24500 and would ship it to me and I would not have to pay sales tax. After I got home the local AD asked me if I was still interested. I told him my deal I got out of state and he matched it! He offered $24500 out the door! I figure it as a 27% discount with him paying the sales tax. I think it's a decent deal. What do you all think??
