BMW Motorsport Chronograph by Buler

Anyone have any idea what the value of this might be? I bought it while I was working for BMW NA in 1980 and it's been in drawer for many moons. Just pulled it out the other day and figured I'd sell it to help justify the new Deep Sea purchase. The bracelet is showing signs of age as the finish has flaked in several spots and there appears to be a little rust here and there. I believe the bracelet can be refinished - got an e-mail in to Buler - so I hope to get some info from them.

The case is in very good condition although there is some flaking on the back. Very sophisticated combination of a digital and analog movement and is chock-a-block full of functions. I have the original display/shipping box and the owner's manual - you really need one with this watch til you get used to where everything is.

Woudl appreciate any suggestions on the best venue to sell it as well as an idea of value.

As a rough guess, I would say somewhere under $1K, probably closer to $500.

I love BMW's and can remember these quite well, but I think today your watch would find it hard to pull more than $400.00 and then only to someone who is in love, sorry can't give you some better news!
