I just ordered one off the bay, should be here next week. I paid $16.00 for it, there's at least one other one listed for slightly more. I emailed my AD weeks ago about this one and issue 5 of the Rolex magazine but he hadn't gotten back to me so I just snagged one. Looks like a decent publication with about 150 pages.
