MBK Mall, near National Stadium BTS station, fourth floor (I think). Quite a few sellers, not all of it real, though.

Yeah Adam has the right idea (and warning), MBK will have a ton of watches real and fake. Either way it's a fun experience and you get a nice mix of an indoor mall/market experience. Afterwards, or before you could walk to Siam Paragon one one of the lower levels to check out all the luxury watch boutiques! Obviously not pre-owned but still amazing to window shop.

Centralworld (ex WTC). Some second hand shops also.
