A friend of mine had just picked up a 116660 D-Blue in Hong Kong a couple of days ago.
The watch came with 2 tags, green and white.

Green 5 years warranty round tag and a white plastic tag with model, bracelet serial numbers and bar code.
Looks like Rolex has made an update in 2016.

For those interested, the price paid was US$11600

Aha, someone posted one of those here the other day, asking why it wasn't green. Got some pretty tough responses as I recall. Now we know. Thanks.
