Icon5 Is my Rolex Broken?

Hi.
I have a GMT Master (Pepsi) Rolex that I have stored (I dont use it).
Today I try to use it and found its not working.
Heres is the problem:
The watch started to run perfect but I cannot set the date o change the time. The dial does not turns and makes a click... the dial its very hard and cannot set the time or the date.
I found a video of a similar watch with the same problem (here it is)
Does any one have any idea if this is a big problem or how bad it its?
Any help will be great.
Please let me know if you need any additional info.
Thank you.

Try pushing/pulling the crown several times and turning it. It happens to me once in a while with pieces that have been sitting for too long.
