You're feeding a filet to your sub?

Am I supposed to be doing that with mine? I missed that instruction.

(Where's the wine bottle?)

Yes. Twice a day....otherwise you'll experience +7 or -8 seconds gain or loss per day...

Dammit, I knew I was missing something.

I've been keeping the tenderloins for myself. Must be why my Sub is on its way to the watch hospital.

Here's how you can avoid the hospital...

Grab the nearest Rolex and put it on the wrist. If it's already on the wrist then skip the first step.

Next, find your car keys or your other favorite mode of transportation and head to your nearest butcher or market.

Once you're at the butcher or market, head to the meat counter.

Grab the nicest 16oz dry aged ribeye you can find.

Go home...ensure you cook it and use your Rolex to time how long you're cooking it...then you shall have...

PERFECTION

Can't be considered perfection without a bottle of full bodied red wine!

While I do agree...I unfortunately didn't have the luxury of that tonight..

So I had to settle for some Kettle One over ice...

This, my friend, is perfection. The Japanese know how to get a mean piece of meat on your plate. Top Takayama grade.
