Casino Royale/ Live & Let Die Russian first edition (1991) cover - Rolex Sea-Dweller?

I found this neat cover for the Russian first edition of Casino Royale & Live And Let Die, and for some reason it has a Sea Dweller prominent on the cover.

I can understand a Submariner, but what the heck? Looks kinda cool, so enjoy!

Gotta love Russian book covers. As great as their novels are, Tolstoy and Dostoevsky could have used a few more Rolexes and naked women on their covers.

Great find!

Can't complain about the Russians being low profile in the art of novel covers!

After all who cares about a little inaccuracy here and there? Artistic liberty, I say...

Those are a really nice pair of classic sub dials.

Dead stock, unpolished.
