VERY STIFF bezel SUB 16613 ?
Normaly on my old vintage ROLEX 5513,1675..ect is easy to turn the bezel but on this newer SUB 16613 ROLEX I cant I try to turn very very stiff impossible even to move .
PLEASE any information can help me. THANKS |

Hopefully you are turning it in the correct direction.. Your other references turned either direction but this one won't.
It should be relatively easy to turn.. Try running some hot water over it and turning as it just may be dirty.

Hot soapy water and tooth brush should do the trick. It's probably just gunked up.

That's not normal at all (unless turning the wrong direction as said above)
