If you pay me a ticket to UK, I'll check it out for ya. Just US$2.8k economy return. I'll use my own frequent flyer points to upgrade to premium ok?

Middlesex is basically the north of London and its spread. Some good bits - some bad.

To be serious Steve, Middlesex is a densely populated North London area. There are many towns - even if you know the town it can be hard to judge - every town has different areas with a mix of affluence/poverty and these are often very close together.
Unless you find someone who lives in the area and you can give them the postal address its going to be difficult to answer. Good luck

No where near to me Steve - I'm more North West.

Have you heard of 'Ali G' ??
I'm sure 'Staines' is in borough of Middlesex - if my memory serves me right.

Steve - Being honest Martin is right.
It matters not the demographic of the area - as there's good and bad.
Unless you can knock on the door - you can never tell.

I was born in Middlesex and it is now a small County. It spreads over a part of London that starts on the North bank of the River Thames, and includes the area where Liz and Phil live, thats the Queen and Prince Philip to you non locals.

A pretty benign place. Really is part of Greater London with areas of mucho affluence.
