Icon10 Happy Birthday Subbie!!!!!

Hey guys, it was just one little year ago today I pulled the trigger and took home the watch of my dreams, the Submariner. Many of you have heard a lot of this before, but I wanted one for over 25 years, since I was a kid, and finally decided it was time (so to speak...). I'm having a little laptop trouble here, so here's a quick party photo. The Selvyt cloth was a fitting first B-day present, don't you think?

Looking forward to many more such birthdays in the future, here's to SUBBIE!

I should add some heartfelt thanks to all on TRF who took time to answer my questions and advise me prior to the big purchase. I learned plenty by reading the forums as well, gleaning lots of knowledge from the folks around here! I was considering buying used, but the biggest lesson I learned was spend the money, get the original Rolex guarantee, and avoid fakes at the AD. Boy was I relieved on all counts, for varying reasons, too.

You guys rock!

Now, I'm going out on the town after dropping the computer off to get examined and (hopefully) repaired!
