Or what happens to me is that some Executive VP who never looks at the site just happens to take a look at the 5 minute period in which the publishing team mistakenly puts something up and it's taken down before they even call - doesn't matter.

I stand corrected - I didn't change the dial configuration and when I did just now it displayed.....perhaps just wishful thinking!
