Countdown to Basel '17...

I'm kidding! Just seems like a lot of people are disappointed though...

Disagree. A majority on here dreamt of a new SS daytona with ceramic bezel. Rolex listened and gave the collectors what they wanted. A lot of happy forumites on here today.

I think a SS ceramic Daytona is exactly what most people wanted. The worst thing rolex could have done is given us a two-tone ceramic Daytona that no one would buy but people would think it was cool.

This Daytona will be the highest grossing SS watch this year guaranteed.

Yes, we got the ceramic daytona and for me the return of the airking. All around a good basel.

Disappointed? Not by my estimation on the current threads. You'll never please everyone.

The Daytona was a dream answered! It would have been nice to see an all SS Jubilee for the DJ41...maybe next year!?

I think it wasnt too bad. They finally fixed the explorer's small hands and people have been hankering for a ceramic steel Daytona.

I find the new Air King disappointing though.

Most people I have talked to today were thrilled with the releases.

Yea ... because it was never expected to happen that the Daytona would ever get ceramic.

Me personally, I'm NOT disappointed! Maybe it's just the threads I happened to see when I logged-on today...
