Yes they have, and pretty poorly I might add.
I'd be a lot more suspect of the square crown guards and mashed up insert. |

Absolutely re-lumed. Probably no effort to remove the original either and they glopped more on top.
Too bad, but maybe someone with ninja skills could remove the "new" lume without destroying the dial? Blue dials are not very common. |
