Forget if it's polished. It should have a gold bezel ring. And that costs a pretty penny to replace...
But if you don't care about the gold bezel ring, then I would say the case is what I would describe as soft. |

cant tell much besides its been polished improperly. full back and lug views needed.
as to bezel ring, many gold ones available at a straight trade for stainless steel imho. |

Those lugs look pretty short. The spring bar holes are pretty close to the bevel
