Date Change Not at Midnight?

Hello all. Just curious what times your watch flips the date. My new 116613 flips at 12:06 each morning. Rolex date change within a few minutes of midnight is fairly standard correct? Just seems odd since my Sea-Dweller frankenwatch with a Chinese movement inside (don't ask) ticks over at exactly midnight.

The watch maker over turned the time whenever he/she set the hands at midnight. Not a big deal to me.
