Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner No-Date

5513 reference

3.3 mil serial number circa early 1972 production

Excellent vintage condition case with thick and even lugs. Case appears to have been refinished by ABC, redefining the lug bevels. No corrosion or pitting. The serial and reference numbers have been worn down over the years. You can make out and see the reference number. The serial number is partially visible with 1 or 2 numbers would be a "guess" as only bottom part is visible. Previous owner has put clear tape over each number to try and preserve it.

The dial is nearly flawless with serif font and very attractive yellow patina on plots and original tritium hands. No chips, scratches, or drag marks. There is a small oil stain between 12 and 1 on edge. Seen in one of the pics, can't see in person while wearing.

Serif font insert is in very good vintage condition.

Caseback is original, stamped 5513 and I.72

Bracelet is a Rolex folded link 9315 with 380 ends, misspelled PATETED diver's extension, 11 links total, '71 date code on clasp.

No box or papers. No documented service history. Watch runs and winds well.
