What watch do I have? Model? Age?

Hi everyone,
I own the watch that is in the photos below, however I have no idea what I actually have or how old it is? What model do I own? Roughly, how old is the watch? My best guess is that it dates back to the early 1980's.
I am not looking for information to sell the watch, as it is/will be a family heirloom. The watch works perfectly, and the time is very accurate.


Any ideas?
