My almost 2 year old stopped keeping time!

HI - I think the last time I posted here was 2 years ago when I was trying to figure out what watch to buy and where to buy from! Since then I have LOVED my watch (two tone 36 datejust with grey face), but in the last two days it has stopped keeping time. I wear it everyday but tried to wind it just in case and that seemed to not do the trick. Is there anything else I can/should do before taking it in to be serviced??
thanks so much :)

If winding it doesn't make it run, gently shake it. If that doesn't work them it's probably service time.

If it was new it should be under warranty; get it in quickly before the warranty runs out.
