Need a reccommendation
My co-worker sports a $99 Pulsar quartz, but is looking for something a little nicer without going full on Rolex or whatever. He loves the look of Porsche Design, AP ROO, VC...you know, funky bracelet and a chunky SS bezel. He's not looking for diver's or GMT's. He's not really brand conscious. He's just looking for an overall look. If it happens to be a Citizen, so be it.
Budget is up to $1100. No kinetics or eco-drives. Just auto or quartz. I just found a SS Omega Constellation, but that would stretch the budget. |

Lots of options with that budget. Any particular needs like extra timezones or water resistance? He might find a rotating bezel useful as a simple timing device.

Have him check out Sinn (preowned possible?) AND Bell & Ross. The B&R vintage line is great: the 126, the Demineur, the Marine.

There are over 40 options between the two. That's a lot of hatred.
Sorry I couldn't help.

My first thought was also Sinn, LOL!!
If not them, what is the price for a quartz Seamaster? Or is that too diver? Lots of options, I'll get back at ya.

Oris? An Artelier, TT3, or WilliamsF1 Team. All can be found at grey market dealers for <$1100. Another option would be the Second hand from WatchUseek or something similar as they frequently have ~$2000 new watches going for <$1100 used.
