GMT Master Dial Change

Rolex service center wants to change out my dial and hands on original 1978 watch. They say I have moisture damage on dial.

I have the 1675 2 tone with oyster band.

Service cal.1575 $1050, dial is $510 and hands, crown around $250.

Should I do it, will the watch be worth more. Any chance I can save the current dial hands and crown?

Thanks
