Thought I had my mind made up on 2nd Rolex....
So I have a white 116520 which I love even with the new 116500s out there.
I would love to get the Yachmaster Rose Gold, but the wife will kill me. So I had my mind set on a 114060 (not a huge fan of cyclops) and while I love the 116600 I like the balance of the no date on the Sub.... BUT.... I keep seeing folks with the BLNR on this forum and I am starting to think it may be the next one... Ah Decisions! I would have to deal with the cyclops, but.... so for a 2nd rolex what do you think ? BLNR or 114060? I also have a white Breitling World Navitimer on Croco Brown leather which I really enjoy... Well? |

That's tough. The 114060 is a fantastic do anything watch. I take it on vacation with no worries and it's truly a great piece. That being said, the BLNR is getting all of my wrist time at the moment. You do already have one ND watch so that may help. Then again, there are the PCLs to consider.

Just determine the road to the YM. Then walk it. May take longer to stave off sudden death, but it'll be sooner enjoyed if you don't meander.

I think either is a great choice to compliment your Daytona. I like your taste as I have a fairly similar collection. FWIW the cyclops has grown on me. If you mainly like the BLNR because other like it then I would say go with the Sub. Get what you like the most when you have it on your wrist.

Don't drink the BLNR kool-aid unless you were after that flavor before reading this forum. That being said....it really is a nice watch and it has grown on me.

I like both but would go for the Sub hands down. The glidelock is great. On the price difference you can pick up a pre-owned Speedy.

You must get what you like but if it was me, 114060. If you don't like the Cyclops be careful, try them both on. If you buy smart you will lose virtually no money if you need to flip the 114060.

Sell the Breitling and go for the YM. We have enough BLNRs round here.

If no cyclops and a bit of blue is desired take a look at the DSSD Dblue. If you've got average to large size wrist, it can really be a special piece. Hard to find at an AD to try for size but same exact watch as it's black faced cousin so try on a standard DSSD for size

This was my exact thinking on my Submariner/Sea-Dweller debate; if I go Sub I could throw in a Speedy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Let's face it...you're going to need both. Just pick the one you like best, or flip a coin. I personally would go BLNR.
