Jomashop is usually legit. If you like the price i would say pull the trigger.

Good luck...LOL
Gotta love ads where sellers don't own watch nor likely ever will but they still do ad anyway like 75% of every ad on Chrono24!

I believe that's not the way to go with such a special/expensive piece.

How are they full of BS? They tell you in the ad it's not in stock and you have to wait. I have ordered several times from Joma based on the recommendations of friends and have absolutely nothing bad to say about whoever runs jomashop.com.

Ridiculous. Spoke to my AD last week, he showed me a white and a black dial, going for standard MSRP to his best customers.

Jomashop is legit, kinda.
Bought my first Rolex (new steel Yatchmaster blue dial) from Jomashop, before I knew about TRF, back in April. The price was good and since I could buy with a credit card, felt safe about the purchase. The watch arrived fully stickered, but the one book that came with the watch was in German. Didn't know at the time what actually should be included. The main glitch was their definition of overnight shipping. When I received the watch 5 days after I ordered it and paid an extra $35.00 for overnight shipping, I called for a refund of the overnight shipping charge. The customer service supervisor told me as long as it shipped to me from Jomashop in one day, that is overnight shipping. It doesn't matter that they took 4 days to "process" the order. I literally went round and round with this guy for over 30 minutes before he offered to refund the charge. The debate over what constituted overnight shipping got pretty heated at one point.
BTW, I was on their so called "waiting list" for this exact watch at this exact price. Nice to know that they will offer the watch to the public before contacting the people on their waiting list which they promised they would do. At this point, I would not pay the premium over retail to Jomashop and get the shorter non-factory 2 year warranty and an opened ended delivery date. I probably would not buy from Jomashop again since my last 2 Rolex purchases went so well with Thanh Do AKA Takuya Watches. Thanh and I agree on what overnight shipping means. Full disclosure: Jomashop did offer to ship my next watch "overnight" (by their definition?) for free, and as you can see, I have yet to take them up on their offer. |

I bought a watch from them. I got it and the day was in Spanish and beings how I read English this was a problem. I called them and they fixed the problem by exchanging the piece with a new one. So Jomashop is good in my book. But I will find a trusted seller here first.

Oh gee I see it was the white dial (that they don't have)...kinda was wishing for a black dial (that they also don't have)...

On a more serious note, I have bought from them before and would do again but you do have to check the availability as it seems a lot of their "stock" isn't in stock. |

Just the fact they do not have the watch, I would pass. It's pretty obvious with the delivery time quoted. I had a warranty claim with a winder and they were very slow to get me a replacement.

I've heard so many horror stories about this company that I would never take a chance on them.

Jomashop sent me a watch that stopped ticking after a month.
Their "service" sent me back the watch with a rotor that winds, just barely. |
