Looking to make my first purchase of Rolex. Had my eye on a Submariner Date 116610 LN.

Anyone know of any dealers in Vancouver that offer good discount, cash, visa, check? Which ever.

So little inventory in Canada right now, especially SS, a discount for your first purchase is not likely. Anything you can negotiate is a bonus, just finding one is a good deal.
