Smooth Bezel Lady Datejust Question

Hello all,

I have a 1997 Ladies Datejust with Smooth Bezel (69163). Would it be possible to fit a fluted bezel designed for the Fluted Bezel model (69173) on this watch while maintaining waterproofness?

Looking forward to hearing from some pros here

Thanks!

Yes, they are interchangeable. It is recommended that you replace the crystal gasket at the same time.

Thanks Dale! The watch was just serviced and all gaskets were replaced. It was also tested for waterproofness. Are you saying that it needs another crystal gasket replacement if I have the bezel replaced?
