Wow..thank goodness for good Samaritans that helped the driver out.

I don't think the Lincoln driver will be able to get cheap/possibly any insurance ever again!

Super lucky and quick thinking.
Those people who saved the passengers of the Huracan took a huge risk pulling them out. They could have injured them further (neck/back) or even gotten themselves blown up.

That colour combo looks badass, such a shame this happened. Glad everyone is ok.

It always blows my mind how easy these exotics split in half. I wonder what the impact speed was. Lucky to be alive.

Right!
Why is it exotics split in half but other cars don't?
I know they are lighter but what does that have to do with the frame?

I'm just spitballing here but maybe the extensive use of CF vs steel and the mid engine layout in which the engine is so much heavier than the rest of the vehicle.

Frightening stuff but nobody climbs into an exotic thinking it's a Volvo I suppose.

They are designed to split in two, sending the engine one way & the cabin/tub the other

That sounds right, until you consider the fact that the fuel line isn't all in the back like this guys Huracan. Italians stay making different cars

That's insane! Thankfully someone was brave enough and took the risk (which paid off) to remove the driver from the car!
