Girard Perregaux Evo 3 Laureato Moonphase Pricing

I want to sell my GP (white face). Fresh service and touch up. All boxes and accessories.

What do they ACTUALLY sell for? Listings range from 4-6k and I want to know what to price it at. Can attach pics in a bit.

Thanks in advance

Ignore the trolls. This model has resurfaced with an updated reference number. Also, the original still looks good. If my situation were different, I would give you around $2,5K for what you have.

I remember a few years ago there was a listing a little over 2k that wasn't selling. Unfortunately not going to get much for it. As nice as GP is their resale is horrendous, especially the laureato

Not sure there's any need for that sort of rudeness.

Now now, Samui, you’ve been told before about sitting on the fence – you’ll get splinters in your bum!
Tell us how you really feel about Girard Perregaux.

Joviality aside, and as one who doesn’t pull his punches and can be quite forceful with his opinion, that outburst has even surprised me.
You should consider apologising to the OP and mods, privately.

On a UK forum, that same white version has been sold for £2200 (approx. $2900) but with a service warranty and polished, you should be able to add a bit more on.
There are a few on C24 (commercial resellers), but I feel they’re a bit strong, and one sold that was on there at £2950 ($3900) from another commercial reseller here in the UK, so inclusive of our wonderful 20% VAT!
I also recall one from an Australian private seller on strap, which was up at £2400 (equivalent and pre-Brexit), iirc.

I apologize for my outburst. It was uncalled for. I like GP dress watches. They are of great value. But just dont love their sports watches.

It bothers me that they have very similar looking parts with other brands. Thats all.

Bad form...even with apology. You have a tendency of this with many brands. Don't blame the booze.

For OP GLWS.

I am still waiting for his rationale for why RM will be dead in 10 years - I don't care if they are or aren't and I don't know how it will end up, nor do I have any bias towards RM but I am interested in his rationale. Another sweeping statement I guess that he does not back up.

Seems like you make them a lot. You are toxic to this community. Thank you to literally everyone else. Samui, don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Great info. I also was able to get another sales price from a dealer I spoke with. Nice to have more reference points. Thank you!

Hey A hole, I am the original poster. I asked a legitimate question and for your review, here is what you replied unprovoked: "POS GP. Copy cats. Nothing else. Its shit sorry. The dial the bezel the barcelet. Are you kidding me"

Not constructive. Not nice. Absolutely unnecessary and rude. Have you even handled this watch? It is a solid watch that feels of better quality than the submariner next to it. Most of us on this forum are watch enthusiasts. Meaning we are in it for the enjoyment of the hobby. Maybe you should re-evaluate your reasons for visiting this site and for commenting. I'm certainly not going to let you throw up all over my thread and have nothing to say about it.

Yes that is indeed what happened and I agree with you 100%. I would be extremely mad and upset if someone came in to my thread and talked bs like that. GP is absolutely far from being shit. I have been learning more about the brand and the sports watch you have posted and they are indeed admirable. GP makes makes highly complicated watches for a very competitive price and would love to own one one day. I regret the things I said because they are as far from truth as they can be. Those words should not be taken seriously. You are a smart man. You cant take everything you read seriously. Who knows who is writing them. What I said is obviously not true so why take it seriously? Why give it a second thought? Like I said I had half a bottle of gin which I know is no excuse.

However I never called you names or attacked you personally which you have now done to me. Now thats not nice.
